Haven’t watched ‘TV’ in over 15 years
When people ask questions like this they need to clarify if Netflix is included in their definition of tv.
In my opinion watching TV is watching TV regardless of the source.

No TV and no Netflix here. Does YouTube count?
If you are using it to watch 30 second to 6 minute videos then no.
If you are using it to watch full length movies or full TV episodes, then yes in my definition it does.
It’s called linear television now.
